We’re hiring for a global digital company that transforms business products in the marketplace.
About the role:
Your technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the electrical component business will be put to daily use as the Group Product Manager (Technical) within the Digital Solutions Product organisation to enable and support a variety of digital tools, services, and e-commerce solutions.
In this role, you will be expected to control the whole product life cycle and break down complicated features and deliverables into manageable needs. For this role, you will be expected to have exceptional tactical and strategic leadership skills, as well as the ability to dig down in the weeds and effectively manage both people and expectations.
What you will be doing:- While making a strong effort to reach new markets, sectors, and verticals, research, engage, and support end-user demands. You will be held accountable for varied degrees of growth, revenue, and retention across all product lines.
- Working alongside the team to create long-term strategic business strategies with the executive leadership, business, marketing, and product teams.
- Promote innovation, collaborate across departments and establish connections with subject-matter experts in important teams.
- Identify and prioritise high value features and external requests by actively collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and internal teams.
- Clearly and successfully present your vision(s) to get support from various stakeholder groups at all organisational levels.
- Manage the product development and commercialisation processes, assess program effectiveness in relation to the strategic direction, and identify and offer possibilities to link initiatives to the overall strategy.
What you should have:- 5+ years' experience or a degree in software engineering or a similar field
- The capacity to produce and deliver sophisticated technical material as well as knowledge base content explaining services, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures
- Having a positive and can-do attitude
- An entrepreneurial interest in understanding the product, the consumers' problems and the business overall
- Have the capacity to create and manage new processes and procedures, collaborating with UI/UX designers, DevOps staff, and application developers.
- Professional working knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and web application development frameworks
