This digital start-up is looking for a confident and skilful Senior DevOps to join its diverse team. This individual must have an interest in new and upcoming technologies, as well as be enthusiastic and love working in a team.
Your Tasks:
- Produce, test, and install reliable and secure foundations on AWS
- Maintain and make sure that all test and production systems have a full backup plan
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, working with AWS, Helm and Jenkins
- Create monitoring systems utilising tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, CloudWatch, and Site24x7, among others
- Create a scalable microservices architecture on AWS. You will deploy, configure and build,
- Construct infrastructure at a cost-effective rate
- Collaborate closely with the product and technical teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of DevOps experience
- You put automation first when it comes to infrastructure: You aim to avoid performing manual maintenance on creation at all costs
- Are very familiar and have previous experience working with AWS, Code Deploy and Amazon CloudWatch
- You are someone who practises high security in their life, e.g., using two-step authentication
- Knowledgeable of backing up devices and software
- Passionate about maintaining and testing
- Excited to work collaboratively with developers and happy to produce a reliable system for them
- Can construct and understand Python
- Strong reading and writing skills in English
